闹羊花醇提物注入麻醉兔侧脑室,以人工脑脊液作对照,实验组与对照组的降压作用有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。闹羊花醇提物醇提物的中枢降压作用能被注入侧脑室的肾上腺素α_1一受体阻断剂哌唑嗪明显地对抗,肾上腺素α_2—受体阻断剂育亨宾能完全取消闹羊花的中枢降压作用。提示闹羊花醇提物的降压作用与激活中枢肾上腺素α—受体有关,似与激活α_2—受体尤为密切。
