目的观察银杏达莫联合甲钴铵对糖尿病痛性神经病变的治疗作用。方法将40例确诊为糖尿病痛性神经病变的2型糖尿病患者随机分为银杏达莫联合甲钴铵组(观察组)和甲钴铵组(对照组),比较治疗前后自发性神经痛、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)的改变。结果治疗2周,2组患者的自发性神经痛有明显改善,观察组和对照组治疗有效率分别为95%(19/20)和60%(12/20),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组神经传导速度的改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫联合甲钴铵对2型糖尿病神经损害的自发性神经痛有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba combined with mecobalamin on diabetic pain neuropathy. Methods Forty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed as diabetic neuropathies were randomly divided into two groups: group (observation group) and methylcobalamin group (control group), and compared the treatment group with spontaneous neuralgia, exercise Nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) changes. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, spontaneous neuralgia was significantly improved in both groups. The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95% (19/20) and 60% (12/20), respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). After treatment, the improvement of nerve conduction velocity in observation group was more obvious than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba combined with methylcobalamin has a good curative effect on spontaneous neuralgia of type 2 diabetic patients with nerve damage.
