日光温室内采用基质栽培模式,研究了几种组合基质对脱毒马铃薯原原种经济性状和经济效益间的影响,结果表明:沙子、牛粪、蛭石按体积比4:4:2配制的栽培基质与蛭石(CK)相比较,脱毒马铃薯原原种的株高、茎粗、叶片数、根系长分别增加了0.17cm、0.04cm、0.18片、0.05cm;存活率、单株粒质量、单粒质量、单株粒数、繁殖效率分别增加了2.21%、0.52g/株、0.15g、0.08粒、26.75粒/m2;利润、投资效率分别增加34.42元/m2、7.53。处理间差异经LSR检验达到显著或极显著水平。
The effects of several combinations of matrices on economic traits and economic benefits of detoxified potato raw materials were studied in a greenhouse.
