目的观察孕期补钙的效果以及对妊娠的影响。方法将150例中孕妇女随机分为补钙组(75例,服用维D钙咀嚼片)和对照组(75例),分别于服药前测量血压、蛋白尿。观察期间每2~4周查一次血压、宫高、腹围及化验尿蛋白。观察缺钙症状的发生情况。结果补钙组的临床缺钙症状明显低于对照组,且妊娠高血压疾病、胎儿生长受限的发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论妊娠期补充维D钙咀嚼片有益于降低缺钙症状的发生,降低妊娠高血压疾病及胎儿生长受限发生率,对母婴均非常有益,且无不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of calcium supplement during pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy. Methods 150 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into calcium group (75 cases, taking vitamin D calcium chewable tablets) and control group (75 cases). Blood pressure and proteinuria were measured before treatment. During the observation every 2 to 4 weeks to check blood pressure, uterine height, abdominal circumference and urine protein test. Observe the occurrence of calcium deficiency symptoms. Results The clinical symptoms of calcium deficiency in the calcium group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension and fetal growth restriction were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The supplement of vitamin D chewable tablets during pregnancy is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of calcium deficiency, reduce the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension and fetal growth restriction. It is very beneficial to both mother and infant and has no adverse reactions.
