化学法测定硅铁中的铝,繁琐费时,不适应生产的需要。采用ICP-AES测定后,30min即可报出结果,准确可靠,满足了生产的需要。 1 仪器与工作条件、主要试剂 美国珀金—埃默尔公司P 2000型等离子体发射光谱仪 正向功率1.000kW,冷却气流量15L·min~(-1),辅助气流量1.0L·min~(-1),载气流量1.0L·min~(-1),蠕动泵进样速度1ml·min~(-1),观察高度15min,波长396.152nm。 铝标准溶液:1mg·ml~(-1),称取纯铝1.000g,用4mol.L~(-1)盐酸100ml溶解,转移至1L量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度、混匀。使用时配成100μg·ml~(-1)标准工作液。 2 分析方法
