为较确切地评价钙拮抗剂心痛定对地高辛动力学的影响。本文报道对8例健康志愿者测定结果:心痛定能增加地高辛的肾外清除率,减少地高辛的尿排泄量,其肾清除率、体内分布及半衰期、分布容积,与单用地高辛无显著不同,说明心痛定主要是使地高辛的排泄途径发生改变。尿内排泄比例减少,使肾外清除率增加,与相同条件下异搏定对地高辛动力学的影响有很大差别。考虑心痛定有诱导肝药酶的作用,地高辛并用心痛定时,由于药物相互作用虽能降低前者血
To more accurately assess the cardiac effects of calcium antagonists on digoxin kinetics. This article reports the results of 8 healthy volunteers measured: nifedipine can increase digoxin extrarenal clearance, reduce digoxin urinary excretion, and its renal clearance, body distribution and half-life, volume of distribution, and single high Xin no significant difference, indicating that the heartache is set to change the excretion of digoxin.
