我行现有干部职工28人,其中青年人比例高,新手比例高,转岗人员比例高,业务素质偏低,难以适应经济发展和发挥中央银行职能的需要。因此,几年来我们紧紧抓住职工岗位培训这一环节,围绕岗位规范化的要求,实行干什么学什么,缺什么补什么,从而提高了干部职工队伍素质。业务工作一年上一个台阶,多次被评为省、地、县的先进单位。为了搞好岗位培训,我们首先抓思想教育,激发职工学习的紧迫感。同时精心组织,妥善解决好岗位培训与日常工作的矛盾。为确保岗位培训的人员和时间,我们采取了股室协调,全行配合,合理调
