利用采自黑龙江省穆棱林业局某林场东北红豆杉(T.cuspidata)的树皮,分离筛选出高效的产紫杉醇的菌株[1],通过向发酵液中添加前体物,观察对树状多节孢Nodulisporium Sylviforme合成紫杉醇的影响,综合TLC、HPLC的结果分析,得到以下结论:在单因素试验中,当向S-7发酵培养基中加入90.0mg/L苯甲酸钠,60.0mmol/L丝氨酸,120.0mg/L苯丙氨酸,1.2mg/L乙酸铵时紫杉醇的产量较高;多因素试验结果表明,当向S-7发酵培养基中加入终浓度依次为90.0mg/L苯甲酸钠,60.0mmol/L丝氨酸,140.0mg/L苯丙氨酸,1.0mg/L乙酸铵时,紫杉醇产量为(420.012±1.3)μg/L,比对照组(380.002±1.0μg/L)高,证明通过前体物间的协同作用能够很好地促进发酵液中紫杉醇的含量的提高。
