镍对精子染色体诱变、受精和存活的影响

本研究采用人精子与金黄地鼠去透明卵子体外受精实验系统,观察了硫酸镍对人精子染色体畸变率的影响。人精子于含10~(-5)mol~2×10~(-4)mol硫酸镍培养基中处理150分钟,染色体畸变率为7.5%~16.8%,其中两个高剂量组畸变率显著高于对照组(5.7%)。浓度高达2×10~(-4)mol的硫酸镍对人精子受精能力和存活率无明显影响。 In this study, human sperm and golden hamster to go through transparent egg in vitro fertilization experimental system to observe the effect of nickel sulfate on human sperm chromosome aberration rate. Human sperm were treated with 10 ~ (-5) mol ~ 2 × 10 ~ (-4) mol NiSO4 for 150 minutes, the chromosome aberration rate was 7.5% ~ 16.8%, of which the two high dose groups had significantly higher aberration rate In the control group (5.7%). Concentration of up to 2 × 10 ~ (-4) mol of nickel sulfate fertilization and survival rate of human sperm had no significant effect.
