目的评价麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)强化免疫接种效果,为有效控制麻疹发病和如期实现2012年消除麻疹目标提供科学依据。方法根据甘肃省疾病预防控制中心下发的《麻疹减毒活疫苗强化免疫实施方案》,在镇原县范围内对8月龄~4岁儿童集中接种一剂次MV后,采用现场快速调查、接种率估算法和血清学效果评价等方法进行评估。结果镇原县2010年MV强化免疫共接种目标儿童26280人,MV平均报告接种率97.86%,现场快速调查接种率100.00%,估算接种率93.31%,适龄儿童麻疹IgG抗体阳性率由免疫前88.11%上升至免疫后99.29%(P﹤0.01)。零剂次儿童主要分布在8月龄~1.8岁婴幼儿。结论 MV强化免疫接种率达到了95%的目标,短时期内在易感儿童中形成了牢固的免疫屏障。但今后在重点加强常规免疫接种工作的同时,有些地区还需考虑4~5年后开展MV后续免疫。
Objective To evaluate the effect of live attenuated measles vaccine (MV) on immunization and provide a scientific basis for effectively controlling the incidence of measles and achieving the goal of eliminating measles by 2012. Methods According to the implementation plan of live attenuated measles vaccine enhanced immunization issued by Gansu CDC, after a single dose of MV was administered to children aged 8 months to 4 years in Zhenyuan County, rapid field investigation was conducted. Inoculation rate estimation and serological evaluation methods to assess. Results In 2010, the target immunized children were vaccinated with 26280 target children in Zhenyuan County. The average reported vaccination rate of MV was 97.86%, the rate of live vaccination was 100.00% and the estimated vaccination rate was 93.31%. The positive rate of measles IgG antibody of measles children aged 88.11% Increased to 99.29% after immunization (P <0.01). Zero-dose children are mainly distributed in 8 months to 1.8 years old infants. Conclusions The goal of MV-boosting immunization coverage is 95%. A strong immune barrier is established in susceptible children over a short period of time. In the future, however, we will focus on routine immunization work, and in some areas we will need to consider the follow-up immunization after 4 to 5 years.
