在原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系研究的基础上,针对相关原料对原状脱硫石膏聚苯颗粒轻质保温材料各项性能的影响进行了实验研究.实验结果得到:保温骨料聚苯颗粒与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳体积比为82.6%;纤维素醚与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳质量比为0.5%;可再分散乳胶粉与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳质量比为0.8%;聚丙烯纤维与原状脱硫石膏胶凝体系的最佳质量比为0.2%,各组分均外掺.根据最佳比制得的保温材料的各项性能均满足《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统》(JG 158—2013)的相关要求.有效解决了原状脱硫石膏的资源化应用问题,为固体废弃物脱硫石膏的综合利用开辟了一条新途径.
Based on the research on gelling system of original desulphurization gypsum, the effects of related raw materials on the properties of light desulphurization gypsum polystyrene lightweight insulation material were studied experimentally.The experimental results show that the thermal insulation aggregate polystyrene particles and the original desulphurization gypsum The best mass ratio of gelling system is 82.6%; the best mass ratio of cellulose ether and original desulphurization gelling system is 0.5%; the best mass ratio of re-dispersible polymer powder to original gelling system is 0.8 %, The optimal mass ratio of polypropylene fiber to the original desulfurized gypsum gelled system is 0.2%, and all the components are externally admixed.The properties of the insulation material prepared according to the best ratio all satisfy the requirements of “ Wall insulation system ”(JG 158-2013), which effectively solved the problem of resource utilization of original desulphurization gypsum and opened up a new way for comprehensive utilization of solid waste FGD gypsum.
