相对于瓷都景德镇、陶都宜兴来讲,古邛窑在某些人眼里或许仅仅是地处西南边陲的小窑口。相对于近现代陶瓷雕塑更注重形神兼备的写实塑造,古邛窑陶瓷雕塑则更追求神韵,追求意象,在艺术表现上,善于“将错就错”地根据泥形、泥性和器型特点来发散创作,其塑造对象都个性鲜明耐人寻味,写意性更显生动、随意性更显粗犷。或许这就是邛窑陶瓷“野逸”之魅力。
