栽培金针菇,在生产上一般要添加麸皮或米糠等辅料来补充营养成分,此方法虽然能够提高金针菇的产量,但增加了成本,且和畜牧业争原料。为此我们进行了添加肥料栽培金针菇的试验。现将试验情况总结如下:(一)供试材料菌种为杂交19金针菇。培养基配方为(%):A.棉子壳100,另加石膏1(对照);B.配方A+白糖1;C.配方 B+过磷酸钙1;D.配方 C+尿素
