蛋白质组分的提取方法目前主要有两种:一是离心提取法,二是连续累进提取法。其中,连续累进提取法比较准确、方便(一次性分离)、节省试剂。该方法现已成为欧洲品质标准分析法,广泛用于作物育种、裁培和食品品质研究等方面的定量、定性分析。魏益民同志特意将他在德意志联邦共和国留学期间实际应用的这种谷物蛋白质提取方法介绍给读者,我们表示欢迎。希望广大的读者和译者,也能将自己掌握的国外有关麦作研究方面的具体技术、实验方法及研究设备等,选出那些对我国现在或即将开展的工作有实际应用可能的资料,及时翻译出来,本刊将根据需要,优先刊用。编者
At present, there are two main methods for extracting protein components: one is centrifugal extraction and the other is continuous progressive extraction. Among them, continuous progressive extraction method is more accurate and convenient (one-time separation), saving reagents. This method has now become the European quality standard analysis method, which is widely used in quantitative and qualitative analysis of crop breeding, crop cultivation and food quality research. We welcome Comrade Wei Yimin’s deliberate introduction of this cereal protein extraction method which he actually used during his study in the Federal Republic of Germany.
