针对采用RQV调速器、进气中冷器以及MPC排气系统的废气涡轮增压柴油机进行研究,提出了其动态工作的仿真模型。利用所提出的模型编程计算了柴油机油门突增和负荷突减2种典型工况下调速器齿条位移、柴油机转速、有效扭矩和有效比油耗的瞬时变化。结果表明:该废气涡轮增压柴油机动态仿真模型可用来详细研究该类柴油机的动态工作过程,能够为研究、设计及改进柴油机性能提供一种新的途径。
Aiming at the research of exhaust gas turbocharged diesel engine using RQV governor, intake air intercooler and MPC exhaust system, a dynamic simulation model is proposed. The instantaneous changes of governor rack displacement, diesel engine speed, effective torque and effective specific fuel consumption under two typical operating conditions of sudden increase of throttle and sudden load reduction were calculated by the proposed model programming. The results show that the dynamic simulation model of the exhaust turbocharged diesel engine can be used to study the dynamic working process of the diesel engine in detail and provide a new way to study, design and improve the performance of the diesel engine.
