本文通过对青藏高原海拔3000—4000米地区藏族、汉族7—18岁健康男女青少年1468人手腕部X光片第二掌骨长度的测量与身高的调查,探讨了第二掌骨长度与身高增长之间的内在联系及规律。调查结果表明:第二掌骨长度与身高的增长过程近乎平行趋势。该二者之间存在着较高程度的正相关,其相关系数均在0·44—0·89(P<0.05),大多数在0.60以上。第二掌骨长度/身高指数比较恒定,以第二掌骨长度预测身高是简便可行的。本文提出了预测青藏高原藏、汉族青少年身高的回归方程。
In this paper, the survey of the length and height of the second metacarpal of 1468 Tibetan men and women aged 7-18 years old in the region of 3000-4000 meters above sea level in Tibet Autonomous Region and the Han nationality was conducted to investigate the relationship between the length of the second metacarpal and height growth The internal relations and laws. Survey results show that: the second metacarpal length and height growth process is almost parallel trend. There was a high degree of positive correlation between the two, with correlation coefficients of 0.44-0.89 (P <0.05), mostly above 0.60. This paper presents a regression equation for predicting the height of Tibetan and Han adolescents in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
