用日本产盐酸雷那青霉素片与氨苄青霉素碳酯随机对照治疗呼吸及泌尿系统感染３１例，临床有效率为９３．５５％，治疗结束细菌全部阴转，所培养感染细菌均获清除。３例病人出现不良反应，１例一过性转氨酶升高，２例出现皮疹。
31 cases of respiratory and urinary tract infections were treated with Japanese-made rapamycin hydrochloride tablets and ampicillin. The clinical effective rate was 93.55%. All the bacteria were overcast at the end of treatment, and all the infected bacteria were removed. Three patients had adverse reactions, one had elevated transaminase, and two had a rash.
