教育部和国家体育总局通过对高校大学生近几年体育健康达标测试数据统计显示,高校大学生的身体素质呈逐年快速下滑,从而制定一系列的措施要求重视学生身体素质的训练。本文运用实验法、对比分析法等对黑龙江某高校学生体质健康训练进行运动干预和正常体育教学学生的体质健康状况进行研究,结果显示运动干预对高校学生体质健康有明显的改善和提高,为今后高校学生课内外素质训练和高校体育课程的设置提供了理论支持和实证依据。
The Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Sports Statistics show that the physical quality of undergraduates in colleges and universities has been declining rapidly year by year according to the statistics of sports health compliance test of undergraduates in recent years. Therefore, a series of measures are put forward to attach importance to the training of students’ physical quality. In this paper, experimental method, comparative analysis method and so on Heilongjiang college students physical health training exercise intervention and normal physical education students physical health research results show that exercise intervention on college students physical health has significantly improved and for the future College students’ internal and external quality training and college physical education curriculum provides theoretical support and empirical evidence.
