1997年5月在莱州湾、1997年7月在东海、1997年11月在胶州湾采集了海水样品,用高温燃烧法测定了这些水样中的溶解有机碳(DOC)浓度,讨论了系统空白和标准曲线的选择对高温燃烧法测定结果的影响,并与紫外/过硫酸钾法的测定结果进行了比较。在准确测定和校正系统空白的条件下,用高温燃烧法对东海、莱州湾和胶州湾水样DOC的测定结果与紫外/过硫酸钾法基本相同。
Seawater samples were collected from Laizhou Bay in May 1997 in 1997, July in East China Sea in November 1997 and Jiaozhou Bay in November 1997. The dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentrations in these samples were measured by high temperature combustion method. The system blank The influence of the selection of standard curve on the determination results of high temperature combustion method was also compared with that of UV / potassium persulfate method. Under the condition of accurate determination and correction of the system blank, the DOC of water samples in Donghai, Laizhou Bay and Jiaozhou Bay by high temperature combustion method are basically the same as the UV / potassium persulfate method.
