自1984年现代漆画在第六届全国美展中亮相开始,漆画已经走过三十多年的风雨历程。如今漆画以它独特的美学风格和艺术美感吸引了大批中外人士,现代漆画脱胎于我国的传统漆艺,它作为一门新生的艺术门类,其发展还处于初期阶段,拥有着良好的发展前景,因此深入了解我国现代漆画的产生、形过程以及分析南北方不同区域漆画的艺术特点对于促进我国现代漆画的发展具有至关重要的作用。我国历史文化积淀、地域广阔,姿态万千的迷人魅力在不断推动着现代漆艺的发展,地域的显著特色,是艺术家喜于描绘的。漆画受到地域特征的不同风貌的影响,也产生了不同的形态特征。不同地域的漆画之间都存在着一定的共性和个性,不同地域的漆画对我国现代漆画的发展都起到了积极的推动作用,巩固了现代漆画在当今美术界的地位。
