起落架在着陆时,会有相应的着陆载荷作用于起落架部件上,轮毂是其受力部件中重要的一种。起落架着陆本为动力学问题,本文运用动载荷处理方法将其等效为静力学的问题。利用ANSYS软件对起落架刹车系统轮毂进行强度分析,通过特定工况下对轮毂的有限元分析,得出了轮毂的应力分布规律,然后分析其强度刚度的合理性并根据应力分布规律改进了模型,在应力富余区进行了有效减重,为起落架结构优化设计提供了一种辅助设计方法。
