为了提高铁路建设水平,实现铁路跨越式发展,遵循“尽可能采用国际标准或采用国外先进标准”的“双采原则”,依照我国具体情况,新的铁道行业标准《电气化铁道用铜及铜合金接触线》(TB/T2809-2005)以欧盟标准EN50149∶2001《铁道用-固定设备-电力牵引-铜及铜合金沟槽接触线》技术指标为主,接触线标准的主要技术参数得到较大提高。标准实施后也发现了一些问题,笔者结合国外标准从理论和实践的角度,进行了分析并提出见解。
In order to raise the level of railway construction and realize the leap-forward development of the railway, the “double-mining principle” of “adopting international standards as far as possible or adopting advanced foreign standards” is followed.
