1972年3月3日到4月28日,M TU工厂对MA12V956SB10型(590347号)柴油机进行了UIC100小时试验。在334号柴油机上,因过滤器壳体清洗不净,机油中的杂质进入了轴瓦,引起第三号主轴瓦的故障。为了考核轴瓦的性能及可靠性,经多次协商,决定在347号MA柴油机上按UIC100小时型式试验的大纲,进行一次完全的100小时试验。试验的过程、内容及结果均有书面记载,详见UIC100小时试验报告。通过试验,证明轴瓦是正常的。这里着重说明一下试验的经过,以及试验中出现的一些问题的处理情况。 MA12V956型柴油机在此以前已进行过2500马力的UIC100小时试验,3000马力的UIC100小时试验,以及384小时试验。
From March 3 to April 28, 1972, the M TU factory conducted a UIC100 hour test on the MA12V956SB10 (No. 590347) diesel engine. In the 334 diesel engine, due to the filter housing cleaning is not clean, oil impurities into the bearing, causing the third bearing the main fault.
