内蒙古大货车司机白宝泉来信,诉说他因为“活动栏板”屡被高额处罚的遭遇。白先生是巴颜卓尔盟货运司机,他驾驶的半挂车货厢有两层栏板,下边的栏板是固定式铰接结构,高80厘米;上边的栏板是活动式插接结构,高40厘米(见图)。活动栏板不用任何工具就可以摘卸,根据货物特点和装载需要可以灵活使用。白先生说,正是因为货车的这种设计实用灵活,他才买了这款车。
Letter from Baibao Quan, a big truck driver in Inner Mongolia, told him that he was repeatedly punished with heavy penalties because of the “activity fence”. Mr. Bai is a cargo transport driver of Bayan Zhuorun. He drives a semi-trailer cargo box with two layers of fenders. The lower fender is a fixed articulated structure with a height of 80 cm. The top fender is a movable plug-in structure with a height of 40 cm (see picture). Activity fence can be removed without any tools, according to the characteristics of the goods and loading can be flexibly used. Mr. Bai said it was precisely because of the practical and flexible design of the truck that he had bought the car.
