几年来建筑材料工业部的干部工作,是根据国家飞跃发展时期的要求,采取了大批地培养和提拔的方法。遵照党的德才兼备的干部政策,在不同的岗位上大批地提拔了干部。这些干部多是经过各种运动的锻炼和实际工作的考验,具有一定的政治思想水平和业务工作能力。这种作法在国家飞跃发展时期来说是正确的,必要的,不这样作就不能适应当时工作发展的需要。
In recent years, the work of the cadres in the Ministry of Construction Materials Industry has taken a large number of methods of training and promotion according to the requirements of the country’s rapid development.
