新时期的青年团员思想、价值观念发生了深刻的变化，地方性本科高校基层团组织工作面临着巨大挑战。本文以泉州师范学院为例，从团组织的制度、人员、活动开展、经费等方面阐述存在的问题并提出原因分析，围绕“理论引导”、“组织建设”、“校园文化”、“实践活动”四个方面，努力探寻共青团组织建设的有效载体。“,”The ideology and value concept of Youth league members have taken profound changes in the new period, the work of the skeleton organization of the Communist Youth Leaguethe is faced with enormous challenges in local college and university .Taking Quanzhou Normal University as an example, the paper expounds the existing problems and analyzes the course from the Youth League system, people, activities, budget etc. On this basis, the paper takes around the“theoretical guidance”,“organization construction”,“campus culture”and“practice activity”four aspects and explores effective carrier of the construction of the Communist Youth League.
