内分泌学的进展,有赖于各种激素的分离、提纯、人工合成及其活性的研究。1968年、1971年先后从丘脑下部分离和提纯了(TRH)和(LH—RH)两种丘脑下部激素,这就为研究和发展神经内分泌学展开了新的一页。本文着重从最新的观点讨论了促性腺激素的调节机制,简要地介绍了LH—RH在动物试验、人体试验性应用,一检查诊断及计划生育等方面新近的一些进展,提供今后进一步研究参考。
The progress of endocrinology, depends on the separation of various hormones, purification, synthetic and activity studies. In 1968, the hypothalamus hormones (TRH) and (LH-RH) were separated and purified from the hypothalamus successively in 1971, which opened a new chapter in the research and development of neuroendocrinology. This article focuses on the regulatory mechanism of gonadotropin from the newest point of view, briefly introduces LH-RH in animal experiments, human experimental applications, a test diagnosis and family planning and other recent progress, to provide further research reference.
