企业家能力通过组织层面对企业绩效产生影响,而企业如何在动态变化的环境下保持竞争优势也是动态能力理论研究的核心问题。本文将动态能力作为解释企业家能力与企业绩效之间关系的中介变量,通过问卷调查、信度效度分析、回归分析检验提出的假设,研究本文的理论模型符合适度的检验水平。数据分析结果表明企业家能力对组织动态能力影响显著且组织动态能力对企业绩效影响显著,企业家能力对企业绩效直接影响较弱,组织动态能力在影响过程中起中介作用。
Entrepreneurial ability affects the enterprise’s performance through the organizational level, and how the enterprise maintains the competitive advantage under the dynamic changing environment is also the core issue of the research on the dynamic capability theory. This paper uses dynamic ability as a mediator to explain the relationship between entrepreneurial ability and firm performance. Through questionnaire survey, reliability validity analysis, and regression analysis put forward hypotheses, this paper studies the test level of the appropriateness of the theoretical model in this paper. The data analysis results show that entrepreneurial ability has a significant impact on organizational dynamics and organizational dynamics have a significant impact on firm performance. Entrepreneurial ability has a weaker direct impact on corporate performance. Organizational dynamic capabilities play an intermediary role in the process of impact.
