目的:在黄芪种子浸种的基础上,研究不同用量的黄芪种衣剂包衣和ND牌种衣剂包衣处理后膜荚黄芪种子的萌发率和出苗率的变化情况。方法:将精选的黄芪种子,经变温处理12 h后,用吸水纸吸至表面无水,于室温下风干30min,然后用黄芪种衣剂(AM)和生产中常用的ND牌种衣剂(ND)进行包衣,AM所用浓度分别为种子干质量的2%、4%、6%和8%,ND所用浓度为种子干质量的8%,并依次标记为AM(2%)、AM(4%)、AM(6%)、AM(8%)和ND(8%),空白种子做对照(CK)。结果:正确运用适量的黄芪种衣剂进行包衣处理,可以显著地促进种子萌发,提高出苗率。结论:运用适量的黄芪种衣剂结合本技术进行包衣处理,可以显著的促进种子萌发,提高出苗率。设计提出了黄芪种子包衣技术一套,该种包衣技术能除种子表面的抑制物质,较好的打破种皮障碍,并使种衣剂附着在种子的风干表皮上。包衣种子可在室外环境(晴天微风,温度为19℃)中放置3 h,而不影响发芽率,因此适合大田作业与生产.
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of germination percentage and emergence rate of Astragalus membranaceus seeds after being treated with different doses of Astragalus seed coating agent and ND brand seed coating agent. Methods: The selected Astragalus seeds were treated with temperature for 12 h, then blotted to the surface with absorbent paperboard and air-dried at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, Astragalus seed dressing (AM) and ND brand seed dressing (ND). The concentrations of AM used were 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% of the dry weight of the seeds respectively. The concentration of ND used was 8% (4%), AM (6%), AM (8%) and ND (8%). Results: Appropriate amount of Astragalus seed coating agent for coating treatment can significantly promote seed germination and increase the emergence rate. Conclusion: Applying proper amount of Astragalus membranaceus seed coating agent in combination with this technology can remarkably promote seed germination and increase the emergence rate. A set of technology for the coating of Astragalus seed is proposed in the design. The coating technique can eliminate the seed coat barrier and make the seed coating agent adhere to the air-dried skin of the seed in addition to the inhibitory substance on the seed surface. The coated seeds can be placed in the outdoor environment (sunny breeze at a temperature of 19 ℃) for 3 h without affecting the germination rate, so it is suitable for field operations and production.
