设置50%遮光及7O%遮光处理,研究不同遮光水平对丽莎蕨叶片生长、产量及一些生理效应的影响,结果表明,7O%遮光处理比50%遮光处理,能促进叶片的生长,增加其商品产量,同时能提高叶片的叶绿素a、b及总叶绿素的含量,明显增加POD活性及叶片中K的含量;对叶片的解剖结构无明显影响,但能明显促进细胞内含物的积累。
The effects of different shading levels on the growth, yield and physiological effects of Lisa fern were studied. The results showed that 70% shading treatment and 50% shading treatment could promote leaf growth and increase The yield of the product and the contents of chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll of the leaves increased significantly, while the activities of POD and the content of K in the leaves were increased obviously. There was no obvious effect on the anatomy structure of the leaves, but the accumulation of the contents of the cells was obviously promoted.
