目的:探讨剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的临床诊治方法。方法:回顾分析60例剖宫产术后切口愈合不良临床诊治情况。结果:本组资料中60例剖宫产术后切口愈合不良患者经过积极治疗后,在术后10～30d均治愈出院。结论:加强孕妇及其家属的认识,有效进行产前检查,对孕期保健给予正确指导,同时要在围手术期给予相应的药物进行预防,有效对病房的细菌数量进行有效控制,尽可能的缩短手术时间,这些都是切实减少术后切口愈合不良的有效措施。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of incisional wound healing after cesarean section. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of cesarean section incision poor clinical diagnosis and treatment. Results: In this group of 60 cases of cesarean section incision poor healing patients after active treatment, 10 ~ 30d after surgery were cured.
