目的探讨结节性甲状腺肿超声声像图分型与病理组织类型的关系。方法回顾分析317例结节性甲状腺肿患者超声检查资料,将其声像图表现与病理结果进行对照分析。结果结节性甲状腺肿的二维超声声像图表现4种类型:混合性结节型(222例,占70.0%)、实性结节型(58例,占18.3%)、囊性结节型(31例,占9.8%)、无结节型(6例,占1.9%),其病理表现各不相同。结论结节性甲状腺肿病理结构不同,其超声图像表现不同。二维超声对典型的结节性甲状腺肿有肯定诊断价值,对无结节型和单发结节结周甲状腺组织回声正常者易误诊。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sonography and histopathology of nodular goiter. Methods Retrospective analysis of 317 cases of nodular goiter in patients with ultrasound data, the sonographic findings and pathological results were analyzed. Results Two-dimensional sonography of nodular goiter showed four types: mixed nodules (222 cases, 70.0%), solid nodules (58 cases, 18.3%), cystic nodules (31 cases, accounting for 9.8%), no nodular (6 cases, 1.9%), the pathological manifestations vary. Conclusion The pathological structure of nodular goiter is different, the performance of ultrasound images are different. Two-dimensional ultrasound on the typical nodular goiter with a positive diagnostic value of non-nodular nodules and solitary nodular thyroid tissue eutopic nodules are often misdiagnosed.
