《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》提出,“建立与政府服务、市场服务相衔接的社会志愿服务体系”,高度重视志愿服务对于构建和谐社会的积极作用,鼓励广大群众热情参与志愿服务事业。广东省珠江三角洲地区是当代中国志愿服务的主要发源地,积累了许多志愿服务的经验教训,也引起国内外的关注。以下发表的三篇文章,集中分析了珠江三角洲志愿服务的发展阶段及特色,分析了市民对于志愿服务的认知状况,介绍了社区志愿服务的主要项目,提供广大读者借鉴、参考。希望本专栏的文章对于志愿事业的发展壮大具有积极促进作用。
