光伏建筑一体化项目具有环境效益好、清洁、永不枯竭、可再生、建设周期短、装机容量灵活等优点,在世界范围内取得了重大发展,但是其本身也受较多不确定性因素的影响。目前,我国光伏建筑一体化项目仍然存在众多风险因素,如环境、技术、经济、政策等风险。如果不能及时控制和防范,这些因素将严重制约光伏建筑一体化项目的可持续发展。结合某光伏企业的几个光伏建筑一体化项目的投资建设管理经验,对目前此类项目的风险进行简单分析,同时根据层次分析法构建主要风险因素的风险评价体系,进行风险评价。
Photovoltaic building integration project has achieved great benefits in the world with its advantages of good environmental benefits, cleanliness, never-drying, renewable, short construction period and flexible installed capacity, but it is also subject to a lot of uncertainties influences. At present, there are still many risk factors in China’s PV building integration projects, such as environmental, technological, economic and policy risks. If not timely control and prevention, these factors will seriously restrict the sustainable development of PV building integration project. Combined with the investment and construction management experience of several PV building integration projects in a PV enterprise, this paper analyzes the risks of such projects at present and at the same time builds the risk assessment system of main risk factors according to AHP to carry out risk assessment.
