提高围生期医疗保健工作质量.降低围生儿死亡率是当前围生工作的重要课题。本文对我院1960年1月～1991年12月168例围生儿死亡尸检病理死因进行分析。为探明死因的时态变化,将资料分为1960年～1970年,1971年～1980年,1981年～1991年3个不同时间段。本组病因多,死因各异,仅取前6位死因进行分析。
Improve perinatal health care quality of work and reduce perinatal mortality is an important issue of perinatal work. This article from January 1960 to December 1991 in our hospital, 168 cases of perinatal autopsy pathological death were analyzed. In order to find out the temporal changes of the cause of death, the data were divided into three different time periods: 1960 ~ 1970, 1971 ~ 1980, 1981 ~ 1991. The etiology of this group, the causes of death vary, only the first six death causes were analyzed.
