随着市场经济的发展,越来越多的企业开始注重对员工的培训工作,希望通过培训提高人员素质、能力、工作绩效和对组织的贡献,从而达到提升企业市场竞争力的目标。然而,很多企业在对员工进行培训后,发现并没有达到预期的效果,造成培训经费损失以及时间的浪费。文章通过分析培训环境、培训工作流程和环节,探讨了如何才能提高企业培训工作质量,以及提升培训的效益。
With the development of market economy, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to the training of employees, hoping to improve their quality, capability, job performance and contribution to the organization through training so as to achieve the goal of enhancing their market competitiveness. However, after training their employees, many enterprises find that they have not achieved the expected results, resulting in the loss of training funds and the waste of time. By analyzing the training environment, training workflows and links, the article explores how to improve the quality of training in enterprises and how to improve training effectiveness.
