少数民族幼儿受教育权作为公民受教育权的组成部分,与其他受教育权主体的权利相比,存在明显的差异.本文通过实证分析法、对少数民族幼儿的受教育权进行研究,拟对少数民族幼儿受教育权的含义给出新的解释,分析其特殊性,概括保护少数民族幼儿受教育权的法律依据,揭示农村双语幼儿园在保障少数民族幼儿受教育权方面的作用,指出保护少数民族幼儿受教育权和建设农村双语幼儿园进程中的法律保护的不足之处和完善的措施,试图为少数民族幼儿的受教育权的更加完善和农村双语幼儿园的发展提供参考.
As an integral part of citizens’ right to education, the minority children’s right to education has obvious differences from those of other subjects with the right to education.Through the empirical analysis method, the author studies the minority children’s right to education, This paper gives a new interpretation of the meaning of the right to education of ethnic minorities, analyzes its particularity, summarizes the legal basis for protecting minority children’s right to education, reveals the role of rural bilingual kindergartens in ensuring minority children’s right to education, Minority children’s right to education and the legal protection of rural bilingual kindergartens in the process of inadequate and perfect measures in an attempt to provide a reference for the improvement of the educational rights of ethnic minorities and the development of rural bilingual kindergartens.
