身体素质锻炼:多种教学风格结合在一堂课中的课例——适用于10~12年级身体锻炼课(见表1)课堂重点:形成素质锻炼程式,总需时45分钟主要目标:在本课结束时学生将能回答“什么是一个出色的包含多元因素的身体素质锻炼程式”这一主题。一般期待:在本课结束时学生将能够形成对多元身体素质锻炼程式的一定理解和借助多元因素自创素质锻炼程式。
