本交通过细胞内电生理记录结合胞内注射LuciferYellow(LY)和免疫细胞化学方法,对猫背根神经节中C和Aδ类传入神经细胞的SP和CGRP的存在状态进行了观察.结果发现43.75%C类传入细胞和16.67%Aδ传入细胞是SP样免疫反应阳性;57.64%C类传入细胞和15.38Aδ类传入细胞是CGRP样免疫反应阳性.表明SP和CGRP与C和Aδ类传入纤维相关,为其活性物质,可能参与外周伤害性信息向脊髓的传递。
In this study, intracellular electrophysiological recording combined with intracytological injection of LuciferYellow (LY) and immunocytochemistry were used to detect the presence of SP and CGRP in C and Aδ-like afferent cells in dorsal root ganglia of cats. As a result, it was found that the immunoreactivity of SP positive cells was observed in 43.75% C-type cells and 16.67% Aδ cells. The 57.64% C-type cells and 15.38 Aδ-type cells were positive for CGRP-like immunoreactivity. It is suggested that SP and CGRP are related to C and Aδ fibers, and their active substances may be involved in the transmission of peripheral nociceptive information to the spinal cord.
