目的:分析军队患者多次就诊的特征,了解其需求与医院服务间的差距,提高军队医院门诊医疗质量。方法:对某军队医院2010年门诊就诊次数超过10次的军队患者就诊、费用等情况进行统计分析。结果:多次就诊患者占同期军队就诊患者总数的7.1%,就诊次数占同期就诊总次数的35.3%,门诊费用占同期门诊总费用的23.9%。结论:军队多次就诊患者基本医疗保障尚未得到满足,应采取积极有效措施,提高服务质量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of multiple visits of military patients, understand the gap between their needs and hospital services, and improve the outpatient medical quality in military hospitals. Methods: A military hospital in 2010 outpatient visits more than 10 military patient visits, costs and other statistical analysis. Results: The number of multiple visits accounted for 7.1% of the total number of visits to the military during the same period. The number of visits accounted for 35.3% of the total number of visits during the same period. The out-patient expenses accounted for 23.9% of the total out-patient expenses during the same period. Conclusions: The basic medical insurance for the military patients who have been seen many times has not yet been met, and active and effective measures should be taken to improve the quality of service.
