本文通过高速摄影所拍摄的电弧喷涂工艺过程的大量影片资料,对喷涂粒子的空间运动状态进行了定性分析.并推出了对粒子团实现“三维成象”的圆盘斜板法。利用特定的数学模型和借助于电子计算机对粒子的飞行速度进行了分析计算,有效地发挥了高速摄影机对时-空的记录能力.本文所提供的研究成果将为选择电弧喷涂的最佳工艺参数和改进枪体设计提供了理论依据.
In this paper, a large number of filming data of the arc spraying process taken by high-speed photography are used to qualitatively analyze the spatial movement of the sprayed particles and a disc swashplate method for realizing the “three-dimensional imaging” of the particle clusters. Using the specific mathematical model and using the computer to analyze the particle’s flying speed, the high-speed camera’s time-space recording ability is effectively utilized.The research results provided in this paper will be the best choice for the arc spraying technology And to improve the gun body design provides a theoretical basis.
