用压印连接技术制备了1420铝锂合金的单搭接头和T型接头。对单搭接头进行了拉伸-剪切试验,对T型接头进行拉伸-剥离试验。并运用扫描电子显微镜对接头的拉伸断口进行了微观分析。结果表明:T型接头的静拉伸强度和能量吸收值分别为270.4 N和0.9126 J;单搭接头的静拉伸强度和能量吸收值分别为2240.6 N和0.5817 J。两种接头失效模式均为颈部断裂失效。单搭接头断口呈现解理和韧窝形貌,具有韧性断裂和脆性断裂的特征;T型接头断口也呈现解理和韧窝形貌,但为等轴韧窝,且存在大量韧窝形核,为强度较低的韧性断口。
A single-lap joint and a T-joint of 1420 Al-Li alloy were prepared by imprinting technique. A single-lap joint was subjected to a tensile-shear test, and the T-joint was subjected to a tensile-peel test. The tensile fracture of the joint was analyzed microscopically by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the static tensile strength and energy absorption of T-joints are 270.4 N and 0.9126 J, respectively. The static tensile strength and energy absorption of single-lap joints are 2240.6 N and 0.5817 J, respectively. Both joint failure modes were neck failure. The single-lap joints show cleavage and dimple morphology with ductile and brittle fracture characteristics. T-shaped joints also show cleavage and dimple morphology but are equiaxed dimples with a large number of dimple nuclei , For the strength of the lower fracture toughness.
