本文从功能分析着手,对城市交通进行系统分析,并提出加强城市交通建设的建议.文中提出五种城市交通模型作为计算机仿真的参考,并对城市交通系统的评价指标体系进行了探讨.加强城市交通建设应该考虑硬技术和软措施的结合,长远和近期的结合,以及需要和可能的结合,文中提出的建议可供城市交通规划部门以及管理部门参考。
This paper starts from the functional analysis and makes a systematic analysis of the urban traffic and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the urban traffic construction.There are five kinds of urban traffic models as reference for the computer simulation and the evaluation index system of the urban transportation system is discussed. Traffic construction should consider the combination of hard technology and soft measures, the combination of long-term and short-term, as well as the combination of needs and possibilities. The suggestions put forward in this paper are available to the urban transport planning department and the management department for reference.
