为解决曲线回转外形筒体零件辊挤成形过程中产生飞边的难题,开发出一种该类零件的两道次无飞边辊轮引伸新技术。对辊轮的结构参数(飞边槽开口角度、飞边槽转角圆角半径)进行优化,在分析各参数自变化条件下去飞边工序的变形均匀性及辊轮所受径向载荷的基础上,结合模拟的充填情况确定了最优的辊轮关键结构参数;对比新旧两种成形工艺,新工艺下辊轮所受径向载荷降低28.66%,为曲线回转外形筒体零件无飞边成形工艺提供了理论依据。
