在沈阳市对作者提出的由大气真菌粒子的沉降量计算大气真菌粒子含量的公式进行了检验。结果表明,在沈阳市由作者公式计算的大气真菌粒子含量为1824个/m ̄3,A·S采样器测定的大气真菌粒子含量为1807个/m ̄3 ,二者之间的比值为1.0,t=0.098,P>0.50,两种方法得出的大气真菌粒子的含量非常相近。经验证,本公式是一个准确、简便的计算大气真菌粒子含量的公式。
In Shenyang, the authors put forward the formula for calculating the content of atmospheric fungi particles from the sedimentation of atmospheric fungi particles. The results showed that the particle size of airborne fungi calculated by author formula in Shenyang was 1824 cells / m ~ 3, and the airborne fungus particle content measured by the A · S sampler was 1807 cells / m ~ 3, the ratio between the two was 1 .0, t = 0.098, P> 0.50. The content of atmospheric fungal particles obtained by the two methods are very similar. It has been verified that this formula is an accurate and simple formula for calculating the content of atmospheric fungi particles.
