宫颈癌组织中Th1/Th2类细胞因子的漂移研究

目的:观察宫颈癌组织中Th1/Th2类细胞因子的漂移情况。方法:选以IL-2和IFN-γ代表Th1类细胞因子,IL-4和IL-6代表Th2类细胞因子,通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测25例宫颈癌癌组织中Th1/Th2类细胞因子mRNA的表达。结果:IIIB期宫颈癌组织中,Th1型细胞因子的表达显著低于IB期、IIA期、IIB期,Th2型细胞因子的表达显著高于IB期、IIA期、IIB期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期宫颈癌以Th1型细胞因子表达为主。25例宫颈癌组织中,13例呈典型的Th1类细胞因子的强势表达,7例为Th2型,5例为Th0型,随着宫颈癌分期的增高,由Th1向Th2漂移(P<0.05)。结论:IB期、IIA期、IIB期宫颈癌患者组织中细胞因子呈Th1状态,IIIA期呈Th0状态,IIIB期呈Th2状态,随着宫颈癌分期的增高,由Th1向Th2漂移。 Objective: To observe the changes of Th1 / Th2 cytokines in cervical cancer. Methods: Th1 cytokines were selected as representative of IL-2 and IFN-γ. Th2 cytokines were identified as IL-4 and IL-6. Twenty-five cervical cancer samples were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction Th1 / Th2 cytokine mRNA expression. Results: The expression of Th1 cytokines in stage IIIB cervical cancer was significantly lower than that in stage IB, while the expression of stage IIA, IIB and Th2 cytokines was significantly higher than that in stage IB, IIA and IIB Significance (P <0.05). Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ cervical cancer with Th1-type cytokines mainly. Among 25 cases of cervical cancer, 13 cases showed the strong expression of typical Th1 cytokines, 7 cases were Th2 type and 5 cases were Th0 type. With the increase of cervical cancer stage, the Th1 to Th2 drifts (P <0.05) . CONCLUSION: The cytokines in Th1, Th1, and Th2 in stage IIIB and stage IIIB cervical cancer patients with stage I, stage IIA, and stage IIB cervical cancer, respectively. Th1 to Th2 shift with the increase of cervical cancer stage.
