在保持室温下,荔枝品种“Sui Dong” 和“Wai Chee” 在经过苯来特溶液热浸后,再装入松紧聚氯乙烯(PVC)袋里,就可减轻果实的褐变和腐烂.从烂果中发现到真菌有两种:曲霉属(Aspergillus)和根霉属(Rhizopus).经研究,苯来特的浓度为0.05~0.20%,溶液温度为48℃~52℃,浸泡时间为2~16分种.在商品上,处理方法可用0.05%的苯来特溶液,在52℃下浸泡两分钟.
The lychee varieties “Sui Dong” and “Wai Chee” are reduced in browning and decaying of the fruits by keeping them warm at room temperature after being immersed in a beryl solution and then filled into a plexiglass (PVC) bag. There are two kinds of fungi found in Rotten fruit: Aspergillus and Rhizopus.The concentration of beryl was 0.05-0.20%, the temperature of solution was 48 ℃ ~ 52 ℃, soaking time was 2 ~ 16. In commercial products, the treatment method is to use 0.05% Benzene solution and soak at 52 ° C for two minutes.
