目的研究复方接骨木胶囊(JGM)的主要药效学及其作用机制。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性模型、醋酸致小鼠扭体模型、肾上腺素和冰浴致大鼠血瘀模型。结果与对照组相比,复方接骨木胶囊减少小鼠扭体次数,增加小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,降低高切状态下全血粘度。结论JGM有活血祛瘀,消肿止痛的作用。
Objective To study the main pharmacodynamics and its mechanism of action of Compound Jiaogumu Capsule (JGM). Methods Xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model, acetic acid-induced mouse abdominal capillary permeability model, acetic acid-induced mouse writhing model, epinephrine and ice bath induced blood stasis model in rats. Results Compared with the control group, the compound Jiaogumu Capsule reduced the number of writhing of the mice, increased the permeability of the capillary in the abdominal cavity of mice, and reduced the viscosity of the whole blood in the high-cutting state. Conclusion JGM has blood stasis, swelling and pain relief.
