本文总结和分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)84例。年龄:最小7岁,最大56岁,大多发生在11～40岁。性别:女77例,男7例。病期:一年以内60例,最短半月,最长7年。诱因:日晒17例,感染14例,劳累12例,遗传因素:二姐妹发病2例。全身症状:发热71例,乏力62例、浮肿28例、腹水6例,便血或鼻血3例,有皮疹75例,其中蝶形红斑48例,口腔粘膜糜烂及浅溃疡7例,均是较急较重者。心血管;心包炎4例,心界扩大2例,心尖部Ⅰ～Ⅱ级收缩期杂音11例。心电图检查69例,44例有异常改变,其中心肌损害30例。雷诺氏征18
This article summarizes and analyzes 84 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Age: the youngest 7 years old, the largest 56 years old, mostly in 11 to 40 years old.
