目的:研究四逆散煎剂体外抗菌能力以及其对小鼠肠道菌群失调的作用。方法:通过打孔法研究四逆散煎剂的体外抗菌作用;应用林可霉素灌胃制备小鼠肠道菌群失调模型,然后以四逆散煎剂进行治疗,同时设阳性对照组以及正常对照组,于给药7天后处死小鼠,取新鲜粪便检测肠道正常菌群(肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)的变化。结果:大部分菌种的培养基平板上,从500mg/mL这个浓度开始产生了抑菌圈;用四逆散煎剂持续6天治疗后,小鼠肠道的有益菌双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的数量明显提高,与正常对照组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:四逆散煎剂具有抗菌作用,四逆散煎剂能够促进肠道有益菌的生长,促进双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的增殖,具有调节肠道菌群失调的作用。
Objective: To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of Sini Decoction and its effect on the imbalance of intestinal microflora in mice. Methods: The antibacterial effect of Sini Decoction in vitro was studied by perforating method. The model of gut microbiota in mice was prepared by gavage with lincomycin and then treated with Sini decoction. At the same time, positive control group and Normal control group, mice were sacrificed 7 days after administration, and fresh feces were taken to detect the changes of normal intestinal flora (Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus). Results: The antibacterial circle started from the concentration of 500mg / mL on most of the strains of culture medium plate. After treated with Sini decoction for 6 days, the beneficial bacteria in the intestine of mice were Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus The number of significantly increased, compared with the normal control group, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Sini decoction has antibacterial effect. Sini decoction can promote the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria, promote the proliferation of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, and regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora.
